Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This policy explains what championshift.com collects, where it goes, and how we use it. The site is run by Eremos Group LLC dba ChampionShift™ (“ChampionShift™,” “we,” or “us”). If anything here is unclear, email connect@championshift.com.

The short version

  • We collect what you give us in a form, at checkout, or when you book a call.
  • We use it to send what you asked for and to answer you.
  • We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
  • We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, never to advertise to you.
  • Your IFQ® report goes to you, and we hold your results in confidence.

What we collect, and where it goes

The newsletter. The signup asks for your first name, last name, and email. It goes to Kit, our email service, which sends the newsletter. If Kit can’t be reached when you sign up, your signup is saved with our web host, Netlify, instead, so it isn’t lost. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Speaking inquiries. The speaking form asks for your name, email, organization, event date, who’s in the room, and anything else you want to tell us. It’s saved with Netlify and sent to our inbox. We use it to answer you about your event, and it adds you to our newsletter, which you can leave with the unsubscribe link in any email.

Buying the IFQ®. The IFQ® was built by SightShift®, which runs the assessment itself. The checkout on this site is provided by Kartra, a commerce service, and asks for your name, email, and payment details. Kartra and its payment processor handle the payment; we never see or store your card number. Once you’ve paid, you get an email with your link to the IFQ®.

Booking a call. Our booking calendar uses Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email, and your answers to its booking questions, and puts the call on Bret’s calendar. Booking also adds you to our newsletter, which you can leave at any time.

Using the site. Like any web host, Netlify processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our fonts are served from this site, not from a font service. Some pages embed outside services that run their own code: the IFQ® checkout (Kartra) and the booking calendar (Cal.com). They may set cookies and collect usage information under their own privacy policies.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages they visit, how they arrived, and which buttons, links, and forms they use, such as signing up for the newsletter or booking a call. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as your browser and device type, your general location, and the pages you view. It doesn’t receive your name, your email, or anything you type into a form, and it doesn’t store your IP address. Google processes this information for us, under Google’s privacy policy. We use what it shows only to improve the site, never to advertise to you. To opt out, you can block cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Your IFQ® results

Your report goes to you. Your answers and your report are held in confidence by ChampionShift™ and SightShift®, and no one else receives your individual report, unless you take the IFQ® through a team engagement (below).

We never share, sell, or publish individual results, and we never hand them to a third party for marketing or research. Results are studied in aggregate, de-identified and combined across everyone who has taken the IFQ®, to improve the tool and to publish composite findings about how people respond under pressure. No name, no team, and no individual profile is ever attached to that.

Team engagements

When a team takes the IFQ® for a Culture Risk Report™, each player and coach gets their own report. The team report goes to the people who arranged the engagement, usually the head coach and staff. It shows each person’s pressure pattern and the team’s culture risks, and Bret walks them through it. We don’t share team results beyond them.

Athletes under 18

This site is written for coaches and other adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information through it from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

No athlete under 18 takes the IFQ® through a team engagement without a parent or guardian’s consent on file. Before the team link goes out, parents get a short note explaining what the IFQ® is, and they give their consent. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see or delete their child’s results.

How we use your information

  • To deliver what you asked for: your IFQ® link and report, the newsletter, a reply to your inquiry, or a booked call.
  • To run a team engagement that you or your coach arranged.
  • To improve the IFQ®, only in aggregate and de-identified, as described above.
  • To understand how the site is used, in Google Analytics, so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site working and secure.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We share it only with the services named on this page, so they can do their part, or when the law requires it.

The services we use
